I also come from a family of big people; mother side and father side. What i have done is to exercise and check my diet. I watched your video with that blogger and you consumed a big bowl of fufu and soup. No no no.

This indiscipline and carelessness will bring you illness and untoward hardships. High blood, respiratory, knee problems, waist pains, hip and kidney problems and so on.

The excuse cannot be child birth or your body changing as a woman. There are soo many women going through the same but they exercise and eat well.

I am in a different zone all together but i am concerned and so far as you put things on social media, the public can comment if you like it or not.
