Ghanaian media personality Nana Aba Anamoah has shared how she deals with constant criticism and the pressures that come with fame.
In a post shared on X on August 19, 2026, the outspoken journalist responded to an online user who asked how she manages public scrutiny and criticism.
According to Nana Aba, she does not pay attention to what people think or say about her.

She explained that her primary focus is on herself and her happiness, adding that she is not concerned about public opinion.
“Ohh, the only status I care about is the one on my WhatsApp. On a serious note, I live for me. I do what makes me happy and don’t give a toss about who’s watching or saying what,” she said.
In a separate post, Nana Aba Anamoah also advised her followers to learn how to say “no” when necessary.

According to her, constantly agreeing to every request can take a significant emotional, physical, and financial toll on an individual.
“Saying yes to everyone and everything will drain you emotionally, physically, and financially. Learn to say NO,” she added.
