If all about the writ is what we just read, then I believe this case would go nowhere, since there is nothing in the words of Lil Win that's so damaging to Van Vicker's profession or personal intergrity, it was more of criticism than verbal abuse.
That "the comment suggested that he was deceitful, arrogant and involved in questionable behavior.."
That "the statement portrayed him as dishonest, disrespectful and incompetent..."
The comment SUGGESTED, and the statement PORTRAYED, are very important verbs Mr. Vicker used that the court would look into. The so-called defamation is suggestive and portrayed, by Vicker's own words. It is not how the plaintiff interprete the statements of Lil Win, but the words must appeal to the courts as defamation BEYOND REASOBALE DOUBT. Mark it, the suit would be thrown out, unless Van Vivker wothdraws it.
