My wife eats very healthy, exercise very regularly, normal weight, doesn’t smoke, does not consume alcohol, and still developed an aggressive form of breast cancer. She had mastectomy and has been cancer free since 2014. So ...

Apart from exercise and regular medical check up. You have to allow your husband to suck your breast regularly.
Husbands turn from lovers to roommates or housemates as time goes by. MeanwhilWe need our breasts sucked and our husbands need their prostates stimulated for better health for all.

Do not get your facts twisted , rather be informed that, breast cancer only affects females or women. Do your best to know the sort of cancer that actually killed your father.
The Genetic mutations BRCA1, BRCA2, and CHEK2 responsible for Breast Cancer are also responsible for Prostate Cancer.
