And here are my reasons to back my input. Not all the bland statements.

1. Ghana is a multicultural society, and a very large and significant diversification. When we ignore most of the other ethnic cultures, all the prominent cultures become enforcers, hence animosity and denigration. I think Kojo hit on something such as equal promotion of all genres, meaning our various cultural attributes from every corner of Ghana.

2. There has to be at least one huge National Theatre in all of the 10 regional capitals.

3. We have to refine our musical taste and attempt to offer orchestras and symphonic, jazzy and tranquil versions of our music. We have to refine our stage characters to have unique personalities, rather than the stereotypical clownish and raucous display.

3. Problem with us Ghanaians is that we compete against each other bitterly, hence our inability to acquire a National Identity - always a tribal or ethnic identity, and the loudest and the most obnoxious rule our society. If you strip these two evils from a Ghanaians nature, we become the most admired and successful not only in Africa but the world over.

I dont think setting up a ministry position to manage the entertianment industry is a good idea. I think a certain committee should be set up like the mUSIGA thing that they have to manage it all. Or just reorganize the music ...

I dont think setting up a ministry position to manage the entertianment industry is a good idea. I think a certain committee should be set up like the mUSIGA thing that they have to manage it all. Or just reorganize the musica or put up a better organisation to do that. Setting up a ministry for just entertainment will just be at the cost of tax payers. Or the ministerial positions which ar already in place can take the music and entertainment and films under their duties and manage it
