  what a touching revelation, the perpetrators must be brought to book, disabled people are blessings in disguise from above. i have been taken care of one, my brother for the past 20years so i know what i am saying.His own is very perculiar he cant walk,talk,eat,bath and do things by himself he always rely on i and mums support.I know God is watching.
