This issue needs to be tackled head on, Most Ghanians contributes to irrelevant things but when it comes down to serious issues everyone shy's away. This guy is a serious pedophile and needs to face the full rigours of the law, although until proven guilty why is he resisting the extradition processes to go to the UK to go and explain himself. Wake up fellow men, this could happen to any innocent child i,e. your daughter or a family member. We have to speak out, this is a moral issue!!!
