Abodam is right Ghanaians are very, very ignorant because no African Artist can smoked weed on stage in Ghana without being arrested. You know what a few years ago, this beautiful Nigerian/British born musician Shade was accused of possessing drugs in the USA and prosecutors were ready to send her to kitchen but she stayed out of this country until the statute of limitation has expired. An exception should not be made for Chris Brown just because he is an American which is what I believe Ghanaian authorities are afraid of.
