I suggest you come to Arlington and look for her, she will tell you the truth, besides this is public information in VA.GOOGLE IT ! btw due to the numerous 419 marriages that happened in Arlington many years ago, I doubt if she even wants to speak to you.pLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the supposed marriage licence it shows the place of residence and county as Landover in Prince Georges County in Maryland. However, the marriage certificate or register shows the Commonwealth of Virginia. So my question is: how do people residing in Maryland get married in Virginia? How did they get married in Virginia when they supposedly carried Maryland drivers licences? This is like two people living in Accra but going to marry at the Bolgatanga office. That's certainly not a problem on the face of it but in America you cannot be resident in one state (in this case both parties)and go and get a marriage licence from another state. You can live in New York and go and have your wedding in California but you're not going to get a marriage certificate from California. I dare to be corrected. There's certainly something amiss here and we need clarification.

How about those who travel to Las Vegas to get married at the famous chapel. many people do that in the US, especially those who are eloping and want a quickie marriage. It is consdiered legal.
