  How are copyright laws in Ghana enforced? If we want to have creative entrepreneurs, there have to be incentives like copyright laws to protect their intellectual property.

  If the cost of justice in ghana is so high then the poor and those who cannot afford will start seeing their own redress through instance justice and other wrong means. it's painful!

  I have designed and built something that I know will be stolen, so I've never thought about commercializing it. I created this piece of wonderful furniture some 15, yes 15 years ago, and even my own sister thought I imported it! It cannot be found anywhere in the world apart from my hall. My catalogue is in my head. The designs appear to me in dreams! Had we been honest people, I would be a millionaire and created hundreds of jobs. I once desingned a fantastic shirt at age 16. I believe I"m not the only one who has gone through this. We are so insincere that I can't advise any artisan on something that will help him/her to improve. I tried it a couple of times and guess what I was told. This brain dead guy told me he had already thought about it! So if that's how we are going to be forever, then we will suffer forever!!
