  event management or promotional organisational usually starts with spousal management and as the organisation grows, they fail to beef up the management capacity.
  i once worked with one of them with such structure. one of their action that demoralised me so much was when an occasion the MD proposed that we were all going to wear a white preprinted T shirt & made all of us to make inputs and embrace it although me in particular was less enthused about the whole idea. on the D day our white T shirts were handed to us, then in a next moment we saw the MD & the wife in a red a white differently designed attire.
