  Juliett does not get it. For any transplant, the problem is not the procedure itself but post transplant issues, especially the Immunosuppressant medications the person is going to be on for life. Going to India might be cheap, but the post transplant issues are not cheap. Whatever it is, transplant requires one to have lots of money at hand otherwise there will be rejection if you fail to take your medications. If really she has people with kidney failure in her care, she should know better.
