  I have attended many carnivals from Europe to Canada to USA to Caribbeans to the Central America and I really, really enjoyed those times.
  
  But I will think twice to attend a Carnival on the streets of Accra. Where will people pee after 2 or 3 beers? Where will people dump their leftovers- sachets of water and other stuffs?
  
  Wherever I have been, I did not see people eating in filth like what awaits those who will patronize ours on Accra streets. Or no proper Urinal or sanitation for the attendants.
  
  Carnival and filth do not mix. The place will more dirtier after the Carnival. So at the end of the day, people will come back and not wanting to be part of it again.. and being in google and youtube age, we will end up disgracing ourselves
  
  We need to look into this. It is very good idea, but ..

  Rubbish.This was not the first carnival in Ghana.Are you not aware of Accra's Vibrant Street carnival organised by Vibe that attracted over 500,000 people.What i saw on Saturday was a disgrace of a carnival if it was actually organised by the ministry.Maybe you should have provided the funds to people with experience and who knew what they were doing.
