Have you asked yourself why, instead of going to those handling OJB's case privately to put them in touch with the people she says can do it for less, but INSTEAD chose to put it on her INSTAGRAM OR TWITTER ACCOUNT??????.......she was out of order and did not come from genuine place, but a need for personal exposure and her five minutes if fame on the back of another person's misfortune.

I pity this "woman".

How many of the people you ply the same trade with passed away and are often remembered? A celebrity's life must be celebrated throughout his present and past life and for that matther the only celebrity is JESUS CHRIST.Please don't get swollen headed because a bunch of people are willing to waste their precious time in gluing themselves to the screens to watch you guys.

This world and its glories shall pass away but the word of God will remain till eternity. You guys need jesus and for that matter begin to make a concious effort to seek Him while there is still breath in you. Where is Elvis Presley,Bob Marley,Tupac,Micheal Jackson,whitney Houston ........Guys mind comments like" harrasing celebrities". Juliet obviously has no PERSONAL experience of what it takes to take care of someone who requires a transplant (and their live donor).

What about the lab tests, both before and after?

What about the anti rejection drugs ...

What about dialysis treatment if needed?

What about the blood pressure tablets (if needed)?

What about the care of the donor (if live)

What about flights (return)

What about lodging?

What about the recovery time, or does she expect him to go back to work 24hrs afterwards?

What about the weekly observations needed to monitor the function of the kidney, which is ongoing throughout the life of the patient?

The people who are actually donating money are not complaining, so Juliet should be quiet of she does not want to help.

She is not even offering to help get a clinic to do it for the $50,000 she is talking about.

I thought she had a kidney foundation?.......So why could she not help OBJ, more than just discouraging people from giving?

Some people need to learn to just keep quiet.

A kidney transplant goes far far beyond the actual kidney and one singular medical procedure.

Folks, the guy will need more than the 100K for the transplant even in India. Immunosuppressant medications are not cheap and have to be taken for life. The Hospital will charge for boarding and lodging, pre and post transplant blood work, consultations with other specialist and medications. I am stressing on the post transplant medications 'cos failure to take them will lead to kidney failure. He will have to be in the Hospital far longer for observation and that cost money.

Fact is the guy has not articulated his problem very well. Either he does not know what lies ahead or he is underestimating the financial implications

Why risk his life?My sister-in-law was on dialysis for almost 4 years before she received a kidney transplant.After doing the matching and other tests,one has to take antirejection tablets lifelong after the operation.Also, lab. tests have to be conducted!A lot of money is needed if there isn`t any health insurance.Our people should all have a health insurance to prevent them from begging when they become sick!

We don't have any Hospital capable of doing cross matching let alone perform the surgery. India because it is cheaper and not necessary a risk if you do it in a good hospital. I am curious about OBJ. Is he aware he needs post transplant tests? The Hospital needs to know how the new kidney is doing months after the transplant. Can these tests be done in Ghana?

Something bothers me about this whole affair? How sick is OJB? and what is his blood creatinine level. The higher the level, the higher the rate of kidney failure. Is he on kidney dialysis? Did a doctor tell him he has kidney failure and requires a transplant?
Does he have a donor ready and has any cross match tests being done to ensure compatibility?
Which Hospital in India is he going for the transplant and has he been in contact with the transplant surgeon and attending doctors. You simply can't get up and go to India and say you want a transplant.
If I am contributing any money for such a venture, I have thew right to know all this and more.
