  But it is important to tell the reader the reason why she received the award right after using the "AWARD"

  It is clear that this organization wants to do a good job. If they are to be considered important in this field, they should really consider sending at least one person for a refresher course on rudimentary writing. There are too many grammatical errors in this piece.
