  EVERY REGIONAL CAPITAL MUST HAVE A CONVENTION CTR. I DONT UNDERSTAND THESE LEADERS. WHEN U TRAVEL TO NORTH AMERICA, DONT U EXAMINE WAT GOES ON THERE? EVERY CITY IN NORTH AMEROCA HAS A CONVENTION...BALTIMORE CONVENTION CTR, TORONTO CC, ETC....ACCRA ALREADY HAS A CONVENTION CTR. REPLICATE THAT IN EVERY REGIONAL CAPITAL IN GH. THE BUILDING/COST OF THESE CONVENTION CTRS SHOULD BE BOURNE BY THE REGION, THE CITY N FLAGSTAFF HOUSE. THEN AGAIN, THESE MAYORS, ARE TOO LAZY N BRAIN DEAD. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CLAIM VAT TAXES, LAND TAXES ETC FROM THE PPL IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE BUILDING OF THESE PROJECTS.
