  Obour is the most corrupt Musiga president since Musiga was created. He has stuffed Musiga with his cronies, and paying them fat salaries. He makes sure that all the seminars he hold, he goes to pay for venue and other expenditures himself, so no one will know how much was spent. The writing is on the wall for Obuor.
