Obrafour came out with good music lyrically and even my DAD who wasn't in favor of HIP LIFE but loved High Life was very much in love with Obrafour track. During 1999,Obrafour took Ghana by storm and in secondary school we were always playing Obrafuor track in entertainment hall. Up til now hearing BUMUKA sends my mind back to secondary school days.

If Obrafour should have passed away in the year 2000, many of us might think he could have change HIP-LIFE forever and we wound have been wondering the kind of song he would be coming out with but the truth of the fact is after BAMUKA all Obrafour track couldn't match Bai muka.

Obrafour best ever album was BAIMUKA yet the album was like any other album when we talk of Album sales.

On record the best all time selling album in Ghana was ANKA EBEYE DEN NA AYEWO YA BY NANA ACHEAMPONG.

The song which stayed on GHANA MUSIC CHAT FOR LONG TIME was MIDO by LORD KENYA.It stayed on number 1 for 34 weeks on GHANA MUSIC CHAT and i wasn't surprise when LORD KENYA won more than 3 awards with the track on GHANA MUSIC AWARD if my memory will serve me right.

So can anyone tell me the record OBRAFOUR BAIMUKA ALBUM holds?

I don't think Obrafour is matured rapper when comparing to OKYEME KWAME currently.Yes Obrafour was matured than AKYEME group during 2000 but not now. Obrafour isn't the best of all time.Period
