  Of our society today! Are those in leadership positions in MDAs, NUGS, TUC,GPRTU,GMA,MUSIGA,political parties,traditional councils,market associations,church groups and unit committees of local assemblies not involved in this 'chop chop' business?
  In an exposee done by NhyiraFM Radio Stn. a few months ago, it was revealed that the committee responsible for overseeing the disbursement of a quarterly envelope of GHc 25 k, to a group of disabled residents,had spent a whopping GHc 16k(64%) on "capacity building",involving 2 able-bodied staff members,even as requests for 'small grants' from the intended beneficiaries, ranging between GHc 100-400, were turned down by the same c`ttee now engulfed this once caring society we live in.
