  Thanks for shedding the light on this horrible canker in our society; and just so everybody is aware it's not just in the movie industry......it's everywhere in our society, including but not limited to banks, corporations, churches, mosques, schools, businesses etc etc...
  
  This issue is so personal to me because i have a very intelligent niece who completed her degree and did her national service at a multi-national cooperation in Accra. She performed extremely well so much that all her managers wanted her to stay and recommended her to upper management after her service to keep her there, however, there was this pig of a man who wanted to sleep with her, and because she refused this stupid guy decided against the COMPANY hiring her.
  
  This is a young talented woman who is and was ready to work hard and contribute to the growth of the company and subsequently the nation, someone who will not be a liability and just depend on a man for her livelihood, someone who could help her future husband build a better home for their family, yet because of the stupidity of this guy she did not get the job. Even though she now has a job, it just racks my brain just thinking about why she did not get the first job......it should never be a reason.
