If he wants the whole world and Ghanaians in particular to know that he is the US, then he should put it that way. Unless he has an international driver's license, or a resident of US he cannot drive. US not like in Ghana.Even if he has an international it would be impossible to drive in New York, I mean Manhattan,NY or any other major city in the state of New York. What I would suggest happened is that he might have been a passenger in a vehicle driven by someone who was issued a ticket in New York. Once again if he feels this is true , he should provide the ticket number and we can check this out getting such information is just some few clicks away .Even some residents of New Jersey finds it difficult to drive in New York.
