Most of the Hollywood movies are mostly not true but an idea that become reality in many years to come. Most of the gadgets used in the starwars TV shows in the 70s and 80s became reality in the 90s and 2000s.

Ghanaian movies should try to move us to where we want to be in the next 10 or 20 years and stop telling or reminding us the lives we have lived or are living now. The American family systems was built based on what the country wanted to be like by using TV shows that build families with morals and real family issues/problems. Many families adopted to the families they saw on TV and stuck together through thin and thick and with that the base of the American family was built.
Our own South African brother, Elon Musk, of Tesla Motors and SpaceX fame, the electric luxury car division of the world and one of the best private space exploration program fame respectively, got an idea to build a HyperLoop(A train that will use vacuum to travel as fast as a plane) train from San Francisco to Los Angeles that will move at more than 500 miles per hour from the Iron Man movies. Let's be imaginative in our movies. Anyone with the African Channel on American TV stations know about Jacob's Cross and how great it is. It's so good the some European countries refused to show it saying that's not in Africa and how did they arrive at such conclusion? Because they are used to us showing them witchcraft and how poor we are that when they see a movie/TV Show that depicts the other side of Africa, they refused to believe. Let's show both/all sides of Ghana, poor, politics, business, struggles and also our wealth.

Each film produced by Kumawood is centered around a sigle charratered individual who can dish out the most cracking laughter, a comedic individual recorded at different locations of non scripted recordings cannot be described to be a film

Unfotunately, this trash is hailed and enjoyed immensely by the rural folks who have created a huge market for the nonsense to continue unabated. How do you justify the goodness of a film that strife only on insults and comedy. Do the producers of Kumawood have any ambitions at all,? Where next do they want to carry Kumawood,? Do they want to remain within the enclave of their catchment Ashanti locality or make effort to cut across other tribal jurisdiction as the Kiswahilli, Hausa, and Yoruba films have done, as exemplified by the quality of the story they tell in their films that has earned them dedicated channels on Dstv. Even the Moshie tribe of Burkina Faso produce one of the best films in Africa and we behave here in Ghana as if we are the most endowed and choose to look down upon others who are doing things better than us.

Kumawood is becoming cancerous on Ghanaian film industry and it will do everyone good if the producers are adviced to improve or we'll all watch a few individuals destroy the legacies of exellent foundations laid by the leaders of this beautiful country in the past.

Ghallywood is just a copycat of a very low standard trying to be European or American. The Kumawood movie is the real state affairs of the whole nation. The realities of Ghanaian but yet happy to laugh no matter how the going goes tough. I don’t see any modernized African structures in Ghallywood. They try to equal their movies with the white man world of success. The Kumawood movies tell the realities in life and encourage the ordinary folks enjoy no matter how their standard of live has been because the pictures of Ghallywood are all faked and lies. Kumawwod is not asking for any fake awards be it local or international, they are concern about the ordinary fact of life of their loved people. If you know better please keep it up in your slave language whiles Kumawood enjoy our natural language be it Frafra, Bono,Ewe, Hausa, Ga or Akan. I believe the hypocrazy among others who jealous the Akan language is being naturally recognized by all folks of live from Ghana to West Africa and the Western world. Stay natural and focus on the true African.

However, the introduction of Agya Koo and Lil Winn, or whatever they call him has made these so-called kumawood movies poorer because there's nothing sensible in them except insults, and sometimes ridiculous scenes e.g a giant monster appears, spits fire and suddenly, starts dancing azonto. No wonder we are still far behind. The guy is 100% right!
