Ama you are correct. What Ghanaians don't know is that just because an American acts in a film doesn't make it Hollywood. They are back with this foolishness. A Hollywood film basically falls in the category of one that is produced by a major Hollywood film company like MGM, Paramount, etc., there is also the expectation of minimum budget. Let's face it Ghanaians believe that if a movie is filmed anywhere in the US it is Hollywood. I cry for the ignorance.
