  Absolutely excessive bleaching is harmful to any human, black or white, but that remains the prerogative of the person involved, and for what ever reason it shall remain personal. None of you jealous hearts would ever have a problem with a well tanned white lady, in fact the reverse adoration would be hypocritical. Most people who are constantly exposed to direct sun rays do darken more than their normal skin tone, to brighten up a bit should not be anybody's concern, unless of course the highly inferior complex irreversible dark skin people are envious of lighter complexions. I don't believe people of lighter complexion walk around with a chip on their shoulders, I think ugly Ghanaians, charcoal black Ghanaians who can't take care of themselves for whatever reason, simply want other people to be unnecessarily apprehensive about the right to look however they perceive appealing to them. I just can't believe that every year or every six months some irresponsible person has to bring this issue up. You can never change peoples desire to bleach, like you never have a problem with all the fake Brazilian and Human hear Ghanain ladiea are forced to spot, because at an early school age all the chaunenists and ugly women in power fear that those with beautiful natural hair will have an undue advantage in society than those unfortunate ones with genetically inferior hair quality. No other reason, because long hair, good quality hair doesn't not affect a child's learning ability in school. Check other countries around the world.

  Black is beautiful and I like my coffee without cream and sugar. Some one said there is white and black humans and I say its an obligatory liar. Some people are punctiliously color blind when it comes to the human race. There is nothing to it than a social connotation with some inferiority taste.
  But my Ghanaian sisters think its a colorful beauty to do that. Bleaching is cancerous and they need to be aware of that in their bodies
