  there are many good doctors in Ghana who work tirelessly to save and improve lives, and yet a lot of people on this forum spend their time insulting doctors everyday. only two comments posted here for the doctors good work but 86 were posted for the gma's stance on decentralising doctors salaries.Ghanaians are simply too hypocritical
