Why going to court then?because according to the report 'she alleged the organizers made her sign a document which suggested she had received her prize',why did you sign it if you know you have not receive it?

the organisers kidnapped this poor girl & subjected her to hrs of ordeal made her to sign the documents under duress, she did so to save her life, what a brave girl under such circumstances.
so if she was kidnapped, why didn't she sue for kidnapping rather? ahhh this is daft
But what did those judges see, picked and crowned her as "the most beautiful" woman in Ghana? Is it the beauty that counts or other qualities including but not limited to the means and capability to bribe the judges?

if she was made to sign at a time that she felt pressured to sign she can build a case. if she can prove fraud against them she has a case
