Why going to court then?because according to the report 'she alleged the organizers made her sign a document which suggested she had received her prize',why did you sign it if you know you have not receive it?

the organisers kidnapped this poor girl & subjected her to hrs of ordeal made her to sign the documents under duress, she did so to save her life, what a brave girl under such circumstances.

But what did those judges see, picked and crowned her as "the most beautiful" woman in Ghana? Is it the beauty that counts or other qualities including but not limited to the means and capability to bribe the judges?

why do organisers of competitions in Ghana mention all the `mouth watering` prizes,when they cant and wont give them? not too long ago there was this rap kid Tutulapatu who wasn't giving a cent of his prize and refused a visa to the uk (which was part of the prize too) and now this? can the serious fraud office(S.F.O) look into these talents and beauty contests,i think this is all part of organise fraud aka 419 because you buy a form and pay money to enter into these competitions and if you win and don't get what they promised,the organisers must be put before court and jail for fraud

When Hanniel won the Miss Universe pageant and was on her way to Russia to represent Ghana at the Miss Universe World event, I remembered clearly that at Kotoka International Airport she gave a press conference. A reporter asked her questions about her prize package and she positively said yes, she had received all her prize package but didn't want to go into detail with the reporter because it was personal. Now barely a year, she comes back and says she never received her prize package. Someone should play the interview tape she had with a reporter at Kotoka International Airport to her because I saw the interview on Youtube. Who are we going to believe, the plaintiff or the defendant? She must proof beyond a reasonable doubt in court that she was told to lie to the reporter and the general public.

Shame a you RAC for dishonestly treating and embarrasing this young and talented representative whom are dignant for a better recognition by the organization. The MUniverse Organization will not ever play part of such a unethical action to any representatives. These ladies should received their promised gransts, an additional grant extra for being treated unfairly.RAC please respect the organizzastion and the participants otherwise Rac will be change to RAT.
