Not long ago, Agya Koo also collected thousands of dollars from someone as fee to acquire US visa for him to travel to America. Agya koo then became evasive until the individual became suspicious of fraud and took Agya Koo to court.

Agya Koo pleaded guilty and prayed the court to let him refund the money, which he readily did to avert a possible jail time.

This lady and this case are here to tell Agya Koo and infact all of us that, "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND".

The lady should not have been jailed. She should have pleaded guilty and referred to the case cited above to pray the court to give her the chance to refund Agya Koo's money to avoid jail.

I believe that what I have said makes some sense.

Is the same judge, William Boampong that sentenced the 20yr boy for 45yrs for snatching a Gh40 wealth of phone and Gh 70cedis cash. Very inconsistent in his judgements.

Whenever he or she is in a good mood,especially shagging in the early morning before going to work,he/she becomes consistent and linient (+1).Where he/she tries in vain to get the early morning shaggy,the bad mood prevails and follows up to the work place.Inconsistency and No-mercy all the way which is (-1). Summing up we then have Consistency(+1) and Inconsistency(-1)= Human(0). ie +1-1=0 and that is how you,me,the judge and every human is. So please,don`t blame the judge!!!

If the presiding judge in this case applied the law correctly, then we are backward as a nation and no wonder why private enterprises do not flourish in Ghana. This is deliberate stealing and mis-application of funds. If the laws do not properly and severely punish such practices of embezzlement to serve as a deterrent, how do we encourage people to set up businesses to help create more employment avenues and reduce poverty?

This judge Boampong must have lost his mind, or is simply not equipped to be a Judge. Most of the legal decisions he makes defy common sense. Only kalabulism can explain this fool.

My heart aches when judges throw people in jail for very minor offenses. But people take much bigger sums of money but do not see a single day in jail. Poor Ghana. Ns3m pii!!!!!!

Justice miscarried, why was Agya Koo not charged and convicted when he duped people for securing visa to Germany which he never did until he was reported to the police. Why was Agya Koo made to pay without being sentensed to jail terms. Did Agya Koo's redemptions of the fraudulent money exnornirate him from the offence of fraudulent act.??? Ghanaian justice system in itself is fraudulent and always skewed to favour the prevelidged in the society. An illiterate Agya Koo shouldn't have been allowed to get away with such crime of fraudulent act he commited in the past; only for him to get justice for the same crime he got away from. Its a pity we live in a country where rule of law is for who you know or who pays the highest to get away from crime. The justice regime in Ghana should be taken a second look at. Its very shameful indeed.
