  Sorry for your lost but I have to say these. Ghanaian's must watch their dieting what you eat and put some exercise in their life. Maintain healthy body weight and stop eating too much of the palm oil and the "shradinam". She is too young to go too soon just Komla Dumo.

  Jake, i do highly disagree with you on the palm oil issue. Palm is actually one of the best oils on the on face of the planet. we Africans are so ignorant , misinformed and have been misled in so many ways. Palm oil contains a lot of what's called the "Good cholesterol". There are two types of cholesterol which are the "Good" form plant based products and the "bad" from animal based products. Do some research by brother. Africa has the best of every thing we just don't know how to use it or maybe we have just lost our way to westerners .
