I did not know she lived in Ghana in the 60's. It will be good if Ghana can send a delegation to her funeral.

Good idea.But we are struggling in Ghana and if Maya's family shall pay for a Ghanaian representation from Accra that will be helpful. Seriously of the thousands of Ghanaians in the USA, including yourself in Houston, Texas, ...

Seriously of the thousands of Ghanaians in the USA, including yourself in Houston, Texas, why can you not represent us and expect us to spend money to come over to the USA when there are poor children who cannot have 3 square meals a day; forget about the well-off selfish folks in the NDC government.

May she Rest in Perfect Peace. I remember her phenomenal recital in Accra when she came to Ghana for the re- internment ceremony of the Great Pan Africanist W. E. B.DuBois
