These show business people do things like wearing sexy outfits on stage all in the name of selling tickets and in this highly competitive 'show biz' everyone tries to have a leg up on each other. I live in North America so I've seen worse than what's on this video. This is just a child's play.
So my advice to you is don't sweat it...it's not a big deal even by Ghanaian standard.
