The same mistakes will be repeated over and over again because we are not ready to take responsibilities. Sad.

Its amazing how Ghanaians have in the last four years after the world cup in South Africa lived in the world of illusion. decieving and erroneously believing in themselves as the best in football that has happened to Africa. Unfortunately, the rest of Africa had seen this debacle coming except Ghanaians themselves, who because they could not just unwind themselves from the quarter final exploit of the last world cup in South Africa.

Its rather sad Ghanaian football Authorities failed to do a historical analysis of the other African football nations that started the brilliant world cup performances and why today they have either failed to qualify or qualify but are strugglers at the mundial. I will be surprised if Ghana thinks Black Stars are a special breed of players from other planet not to have fallen victim of the same complansency that charaterised the demise of their African predecessors. Africa knew Ghana's football glory days were numbered when the Black Stars performed woefully abysmally in the last three AFCON and yet still see themselves good only for the world cup. Camerron felt sameway in the past until brought down to a periphery African side that still struggle to beat even African football minnows. Rebuilding of Black Stars must start now, else the decline will continue until only God knows to what level. Can you still imagine Ghanaians have created their own "world cup record" of haven played the most attractive football against Germany.? Self deciet and laughable indeed. What a self aggradicement of highest order.!!

Much as i do not encourage the youth to insult the elderly,am surprised that up till now,no one is telling us what the Executive official of the Black Stars SAY which prompted the slap.It is important we know.Is it also true that the officials were more than the players?Is it true that in spite of the agreement to pay the 100,000 dollars appearance fee,some officials wanted to slash down the amount through some strange deductions.By the way,how can a defender John Boye and goalkeeper head a ball or punch a ball to an opponent to score when they could have headed or parried over the bar.For me John Boye is the worst central defender Ghana has had.From the U.S.A. match to the last match,i will say he scored 4 goals.The opponents saw and knew Fatau's weakness and so floated the ball into our 18 resulting in cheap goals.Why replace Kwarasey with Fatau? Kwarasey did not cause the two goals U.S. scored.Watch the clip again.For instance the second goal,,i saw three black star players failing to head the ball out with John Boye,as the last person,holding the player in front of him instead of jumping.Serious and aweful defending.When we lost Akaminko,many recommended Kwabena Edusei but Kwasi still went with these suspicious average defenders of Inkoom,Daniel Opare who always give balls away.What was wrong with using Essien at central defense? He did it at Chelsea when John Terry was injured.A slow Essien is far better than what Boye exhibited.As for Jordan,like father like son.SELFISH PLAY.WHAT ABOUT OUR STRIKERS,WASTEFUL.I can beat my chest and say that if we had converted our chances in all 3 matches,we would have beaten all three teams.FOR NOW GOVT for allowing issues of bonus to get to this level,,Technical team selecting some kind of players for some matches including player attitude,and the players forgetting that they stand to gain if they had done better than they did,blew it big time.When again because we could have even gone to the finals?
