  I'm not here to comment about whether Bulldog is guilty of this crime or not. I'm not a lawyer but with my little knowledge of law, the fact that he threatened to kill this guy and a short time later, the guy was found murdered, this alone amounts to circumstantial evidence and without some other concrete evidence, I don't think it is enough evidence for the court to find him guilty of this crime. You and I may have our suspicions, but the law is not about suspicion but about evidence, even if he actually committed the crime.

Your pains , the suffocations, the sufferances before your final breath! And let the witness of your supposed death praises the laws for lack of évidences for your killer. We are looking for the ripper who took the life of Mr. Fennec, let the police do their job, and stop at whatever unnecessary thought , a stupid thought , anyway !

  I dont represent any media and I think I have a right to air my views on Ghanaweb comment page. If you don't agree, thats fine but there is no need to insult me.

  Regarding circumstantial evidence, let me give a few arguments that could be made in this case.
  
  1. The deceased was a victim of a robbery by a different culprit that went bad. Unfortunately for Bulldog, it just happened at the wrong time with respect to his threat.
  
  2. An adversary of Bulldog caught wind of his threat and quickly decided to use the victim as a sacrificial lamb to "settle a score" with Bulldog by framing him.
  
  No matter how unlikely these arguments may sound, they are possible.

If a witness arrives at a crime scene seconds after hearing a gunshot to find someone standing over a corpse and holding a smoking pistol, the evidence is circumstantial, since the person may merely be a bystander who picked up the weapon after the killer dropped it. The popular notion that one cannot be convicted on circumstantial evidence is false. Most criminal convictions are based, at least in part, on circumstantial evidence that sufficiently links criminal and crime.

  the Ukrainian and Russian armed forces have a track record of accidentally destroying civilian airliners: back in 1983, the Soviet military - as it was then known - shot down a South Korean civilian Boeing 747 jumbo jet, while the Ukrainians accidentally downed a Russian civilian airliner in 2001. So, at least in theory, either side may be held responsible for the destruction of Malaysian Airlines' MH17 flight.
  
  Still, all available circumstantial evidence points to Russian culpability for this latest tragedy
