  Inasmuch as I may agree with you in part, it is not wholly true that it is wrong to behave in such manner(sucking penis and licking vagina) I think couples who are legally or customarily married can play in that manner for their personal satisfaction. It is not a bad habit in such cases.

  The truth of the matter is that, never ever show your nakedness to anyone until marriage.

  It is for your own good that you remain pure before marriage. In other words, God expect the, to be couple, to remain virgins until marriage.
  
  When we campaign that youngsters (unmarried) should abstain from sex, and yet caution them to use condoms ,just in case, then it is a kind advise with a compromise and hence has allowance for sin, and God holds us accountable for not advising in a proper manner. Abstain, and nothing less!
  
  The advice is stay away from sex UNTIL marriage.
  
  The Scriptures warns us against anything that has the appearance of sin, because they are the very things that pave way for such sins. In other words, if sexual sin is about to show its ugly head, you can sense the signs. There is a inner voice, a kind of alarm that signals or registers to you to flee (as written in the Scriptures) from it. It cannot happen all of a sudden. The Holy Spirit always reminds, prompts and speak to us about the looming dangers.
  
  Christians should not think they are too strong to avoid the trap of being lured into sexual sin. That is why it is important to avoid creating situations that can trap you into it, which brings about shame and regret.
  
  You have to be determined in your mind, in all discipline, to avoid sexual misconduct. It is a daily battle.
  
  The victory comes with honor, respect, a reward on earth, here, and a glorious one, when Christ returns.
  
  So be vigilant, and always initiate and encourage spiritual conversations (especially in the company of the opposite sex). Such conversations are spiritually up building and strengthening.
  
  Remember, also that it is not everything that glitters is Gold, so do not be carried away by abysmal display of wealth and deceptions, especially, from men. Avoid the possibility of losing your SALVATION
  IN CHRIST!
  
  You have your God given authority to say NO to ungodliness!
