  There is a place where you can be sure that you would find a representative (MP) from every part of Ghana year round gathered together to deliberate on the future and the current state of this country. Where is that? Parliament house of course. If there is such a place then how should the place and the people there be treated in the scheme of things? What priority should such a house be given in the governance of the country? If there is such a place then what kind of people should we send there and how should we assess their performance?
  
  Parliament must also provide a readily available renovated residence in Sakumono to a newly elected parliamentarian. Accommodation in Accra/Tema is expensive and not every MP-elect may have the money to rent a house as he or she may have exhausted his or her funds running for office.

  The liberal movie industry we have does not belong to FIPAG. Benjami nshould go and buy his movie production kit and go ahead and produce the movie and release it. They can't do foko. They have no law to stand on. Perhaps what Benjamin and other like-minded producer ought to do is to develop a second distribution network outside the channel of FIPAG and use it to market their movies. This is a movie industry and not a movie company. The movie industry does not belong to fIPAG. Ghana movie industry is dead because of some want to make themselves ayatollas. That must be shot down.

  What if James Aboagye decided that all movies made in Ghana should feature his church?
  
  These are 2 examples of a million other reasons why the Ghanaian constitution does not allow such blanket and absolute power. If that was true, Ghana wouldn't be a democracy.
  
  Although nobody knows what exactly Mr. Ben Sarpong did, there is no one that can stop him from making and selling his films. No law exists that says that any individual or business cannot produce and distribute his film. What James Aboagye and his mafia are doing is called "intimidation" and "bullying". It is illegal. Mr. Sarpong can choose which group he wants to belong to and not belong to. James can suspend Mr. Sarpong but CANNOT stop him from earning a living. His right to earn an income is more paramount than some group. Ghanaians should be much wiser and not belong to such "bullies". They are only powerful when people give them power by belonging to such groups. James Aboagye was a struggling and broke and uneduacated person who was given an opportunity to write scripts for Samuel Nyamekye. Pride comes before the fall.
  
  If you are a creative professional, stay clear of "groupings". They end up narrowing and destroying creativity.
  
  Isn't it ironic that James Aboagye belongs to all the 5 associations? Mr. Sarpong, get yourself legal representation and send them to court. You will win compensation because James and his group of monopolies have threatened your right to earn a living (United Nations module 10).

The guy should produce and release his film and lets see what law this so called- FIPAG who stand on fight him. This nonsense in the film industry must end. People and groups arrogating illegal powers themselves and messing the film industry up all the time
