The issue here is Koo and his need to grow up and prove them all wrong.

I am very sad with what is happening to Agya Koo. its very true one artiste or actor cant be extremely relevant in the industry forever, what should have happened was that his presence in the movies should have reduced to make way for other great talents to take over but a total removal from the movie industry is very uncalled for and an act of ungratefulness. I can say strongly that Agya Koo resurrected the dying Ghanaian movie industry from the hands of the nigerians, maybe he was poor then and also made success this way but his talent and continuous feature really turned things around. this is not a way to threat a legend. Denzel Washington, Eddy Murphy have been acting in hollywood movies for over twenty years they might not be great stars as they use to be but that hasnt caused their total neglect. we as Ghanaians really dont like to appreciate our talents and treat them special. Just because you know someone as a baby doesnt mean the person will never grow. Just because you know Agya Koo from his poor background wouldnt necessary mean you want him to kowtow and worship you always. His talents earned him that growth and he deserves the respect accordingly. Agya Koo you can't fight to be as relevant as you use to be before. But remember there are allot of people out there who appreciate your greatness and success and you will continue to be one of the greatest talents ever to emerge from Ghana.
