  Nursing is not any job that its cert and work can kept out as a back up.....when the need comes.....see ma dear..it a profession that needed constance practice and getting experience ad time goes......u cant risk life someday ...

  I know right. ..then again is Ghana all is possible...where patients don't even have a day in their own care plan and there are unnecessary deaths but no sues so hey she can do it who knows, smh
