  This is not the time to point fingers..

  I visited Ghana after living 20yrs in north America. During my visit I tried telling people not to URINATE and Defecating in public (pooping in open areas).
  
  A taxi driver once told me that if the government builds appropriate facilities it will help.
  
  We should all do our part, thank you for taking the lead...with EBOLA message
