  She is doing something great but of course her tailors are not dedicated and are late to work. This is Ghana for you. If the staff was dedicated this lady could be huge by now.

If you are tardy with your duties. Your salary will feel the punch. If you are late, your salary will be ducked. This continues and bestbbelieve you will be out of a job. The staff are not dedicated nor disciplined becos of her. It has nothing to with the country. It's the people.........who make the country.
  If you can't find zippers, buttons etc. Go.to china, Taiwan,.Thailand and import the stuff you need. You can get them for cheap wholesale. So where is the website for your designs? Tweaaaaa!
