With regard to your children being influenced, remeber that your children in Ghana are being influenced more by stars in far away lands like the UK and USA, giving the shrinking of the world brought on by the arrival of the internet. He has broken a law, and nowhere in the law does it state clearly that the offence does not deserve bail, particularly when the prosecution delays matters, as has been with the Woyome case. If Woyome could be granted bail, tell me why this smoker is not entitled to bail?

And the expects state that he's facing 10 to 11 years if found guilty for smoking Snoop Dog cigarettes in public. God save the courts of Ghana. Rapists and spousal abusers in Ghana rarely get that much time in prison when convicted, though their offenses are far more serious and damaging. The courts can grant drug traffickers bail, but not some one as charged with smoking grass in public. Misplaced priorities, indeed. I may not smoke anything at all, but shear decency tells me the court here is dead wrong.
