I just can't understand why the court does not want to grant him bail? This guy doesn't kill anybody so why is the court still keep him in prison and does not want his bail.

criminals who has miss uses gh money are there roaming around in town with their heavy vehicles are left without been arrested, and someone who has just use and natural substance is been detained for no reason

I believe Ghana has a very long way to go simply because our legal systems does not support rehabilitation of offenders back to society but instead hardens them nd make them dangerous to society. He should rather be placed under psychotherapy nd observations with accompanied drugs nd clinical supervisions to make him a better person nd give back positively great things to our society nd not just keep him in prison or custody as a sign of deterrence to others.civilised justice does not call deterrence but rehabilitation nd making sure this person comes back to society to bring about positive changes to others.
I am therefore asking our judges to take in consideration on a high note the rehabilitation process which is enshrined in our correctional services system nd hopes to indulge the law makers to take into consideration the idea of adding correctional services to the names of our prisons as most advanced countries have done for eg in our own africa continent South Africa is an example. Thanks to all my beloved country Ghana.
