Good point. A musician, and so what? People should try and find out how many world-class musicians in Jamaica and elsewhere have been jailed for similar offences. The laws of the land must work. It's as simple and that.

What these young ones don't seem to learn from is that no one has immunity to the law.
There's old adage that goes like : "all days for thiefman, one day for policeman".
Every criminal's cup 'runneth' over soon or later. This guy's cup did and now see where it has landed him.
He is in a ton of trouble I think it serves him right.
A lot of people in all walks of life smoke weed, but they give the semblance of respect to the law by not doing it in public.

Just trying to tie up the common thread that connects all crimes and criminals... be it weed smoking, thieving and corrupt politicians.
While the weed smoker might be easily 'smoked' out and prosecuted, it takes a lot of will power on the part of the clean and upright lawmakers to prosecute the political thieves because most of them are the supposed lawmakers of the land.
So all I'm saying is that their time will come.
No apples and oranges here. Same criminals but different timelines to get them apprehended.

Chris Brown is above Ghana law then if it's true he did smoke weed for sure. I guess most of Kwaw's sympathizers are mad Chris did not have to go through this though they both did the same crime. We have the tendency to treat foreigners better than our own people and that's a big shame. On the other side, ain't there other citizens in prison for the same crime? If yes, why is kwaw different from them? Nobody is above the law.

The last time I checked, Ghana still hasn't changed her laws regarding marijuana usage so it's still still illegal to be caught with it in your possession.
So until Ghana legalizes marijuana, every fool should know that he or she will be arrested if caught smoking weed especially, if you do that with impunity, smoking it in public, thumbing your nose at and daring law enforcement agencies to come after you. Only morons will do that and will have to be caught and treated like the morons they are.
The law doesn't have any respect for people who disrespect it.
