It's only in Ghana foreigners have right over citizens,Chris Brown was in Ghana and did commit ed same crime with camera's on him and pics taking as evidence nothing happened to him,a true son of the land smoked and lands him in cell,why can't the court fine him and give him a community service.keeping him in jail will cost the state,a politician steals millions of $$$ and walks free with police escort.if we should implement fine and community service with some minor offenses GH will be a clean country,go to our market centers and you will see the whole place is dirty.Our African leaders are sick in the head they travel to Western countries and see's how good the white man does things in his country,but our leaders will never copy the good side of the white.I sometimes wonder if we Africans have brains at all.
