  A note to the judge, Justice William Boampong: Allow this guy to go home and seek much - needed medical attention. You can even direct him as to where to go and seek for the required medical attention. There no point keeping this guy in jail even for a second. It is not worth it. Please, let go whatever reason you had for not allowing him a bail. This guy is not a threat to our mother Ghana. You had already let him undergo enough punishment. Let us concentrate on those politicians who are chopping our tax money left and right. You know them all. Chase them and put them in jail.

  Going to jail for such a long time for just smoking in public 'a substance suspected to be India Hemb' at the expense of tax payers money is really ridiculous. Whiles, there are a lot of people out there who are causing financial loses to the nation and enjoying their freedom. Ironically, it's sad to say there is no truth in our justice system and it's time now we wake up and recognize and respect our civil right. The judge acted on his own authority without consideration and respect to the constitution of Ghana. I will appreciate if the judge had recommended rehabilitation instead of prison sentence, which would be beneficial to Kwaw and the society. The action of the judge is ridiculous and subject to review and be considered parallel to rule of law and Kwaw's civil right.
  Fellow, Ghanaian let's be objective and factor the cost involve in keeping Kwaw in Prison. I will conclude that the action of the judge is causing financial cost to the state and I'll suffice to say he acted out of his ego, pride and ignorance.
