Eventually, we expect that the blind-folded lady holding aloft the scale in the left hand, while the right clutches a sword, will weigh the evidence and administer justice. Only then, and after careful scrutiny of her decision, should we concur or castigate her performance.

KKB guy for being who he is, and others who are calling this girl names. Your posting seems to cajoling this lady to take sides as if she doesn't know what rape is. Rape is a vary serious criminal matter that shouldn't be trivialised by imposing criminal behaviour on actions that in itself don't constitute rape. If somebody forcibly penetrates another person against their will, or induce somebody into temporarily incapacitation so as to have intercourse with them, that is rape. However, the idea of attributing rape to a man who has a consensual intercourse with a woman, and in the middle of which the woman asks the guy to stop, is absolutely nonsense because not everybody's reflexes will enable them to stop in certain situations. It is opportunistic Lawyers trying to make easy money, and loud mouthed so-called feminist who are pushing this nonsense. A man should have an equal chance to accuse a woman of rape if in the middle of consensual sex, the woman asks him to stop, because to me, it sounds like the woman took advantage of the man to enjoy the act but then refused the guy to have equal enjoyment. I have had this experience twice in my life with a white lady and a Ghanaian lady I was going to marry, even though in my case I stopped when they told me to stop because I am a gentleman. In the case of the Ghanaian lady, she was enjoying the act so much, and I could feel the onset of her climaxing, and she told me to stop when I was enjoying her orgasm starting. I broke up with her soon after this incident.

I believe she is just calling a spade a spade. She is not taking sides and rushing to to judge like the media and most of us will do. It is simply a delicate subject and false allegations can crop up anytime.

I will never forget the night when my own mum of blessed memories told me how here elementary school teacher continually raped her and she couldn't say anything for fear that the teacher was going to kill her you know the psychological effect of rape is just too much as a doctor I have seen first hand how many girls suffer in silence with rape for fear of been chastised in some of our rural communities its really heart breaking and I think something should seriously be done about this ofcourse I'm doing what I can in my own little way to help out these girls in need but no one man can solve this problem every body must weigh in. Believe you me after my mum told about her experience hadn't it been my own mum I wouldn't have believed it and my mum was a professor in a very reputable institution she could have done something about that but after her experience with rape just the mention of the word rape was so traumatic to her I could just see the fear on her face any time that topic is mentioned. So please guys this rape thing is really a serious issue and we must do our best to help out rape Victims it could happen to any one your mum, sister,aunt , daughter.

If a 30 year old woman dares report, she will more than likely be torn apart by the social media and will be called all sorts of names. Even the police will not take her seriously, maybe because she was not beaten, or she was not bleeding. Women dare not go forward for fear of public humiliation. So you see why someone else took Effe to the Police. I am not being judgemental but if the Lawyer of the accused, KKD, will not go on the air with details that should be reserved for the court room, things would not be so bad for KKD. To be saying they did it in two positions and they were kissing in the lobby and all that does not help KKD. For a man of his standing, screwing a girl in the shitter while others are in the room makes him look bad I wonder why he, KKD could not come out after supposedly powdering his HANDSOME face and told the guys to go to the bar for an hour while he discussed some business with the 19yr old. If anything happened between them on the bed, I bet we would never have heard about this incident. Any young girl who needs help from someone as old as her father would have a lot of respect and follow his instructions, be it, come with me or lets go here or there. But when it comes to sex, she would cringe and feel foolish for following him to the hotel, let alone the bathroom, and you know what, she will not scream either. So brothers if you meet a lovely lady like the one up there, do as I would do. Just say "wow" or hmmmm hmmm and let go. In North America, male Doctors who have self respect, will invite the secretary or receptionist to observe if he is examining a woman. That way there will be no wuluwulu to bring on a defamation suit or sexual assault charges. So Brothers you must remember this, a kiss is just a kiss. If you meet a lady of age, regardless of yours, Just take the lady out, entertain her and let her go. Later on after you have shown respect, Obema wedi adie no, with no strings attached. A friend of mine was sentenced to 10 years in u.s. Prison for rape, at the time, he and I were room mates, I know how there is a fine line between rape and no rape. Most women feel raped when they did not want to have sex, and yet still did not really object to it when it was happening. The fact that they did not give their consent does not also mean that they objected, and therein lies the dilemma. What should a man do, when his iron is red hot, and you're neither consenting nor objecting. It's said that silence often times means consent......so the man thinks until he hears that a complaint had been filed.....RAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
