God is a myth and LEGALIZE CANNABIS. There is no God. Nobody has seen God for 2000 years and counting. Its just in our minds that God is. But God has never been real and will ever be real. God is wishful thinking but it's not happening. Faith is blind not real. Religion is the greatest fraud perpetrated on mankind for more than 2000 years. It's a massive fraud on Society to keep the masses in check. Set Kwaw Kesse Free. He's a good man. In stead amend the Marijuana Act to free all my people languishing in prisons. They just smoked a plant that's not a crime. Everyday people smoke plants in Ghana, in the form of charcoal, firewood, leaves, gas, kerosene, etc we all smoke something everyday. Don't discriminate against a poor innocent herb. Cannabis is just like spinach, nunum, moko, small twigs, egya, etc. These are all local plants. Change the Marijuana Laws. Set all my incarcerated people for smoking cannabis free. Think about it and do the right thing you hypocrite legislators and Judges in Ghana. Don't waste our time and our resources. People are smoking right outside the White House and everywhere in Ghana, how about that? Set Kwak Kesse FREE!!!!!

That judge is fucked up. He was manipulated by the Church folks to set an example of KK. Now they have him in church to keep him under control. Fucked up! shit! The truth is that there is no God. Set KK free.

They have moved on and reclassified cannabis as class c drug and therefore would not arrest an offender smoking in public but rather warned such person.
what purpose has this law served in our struggling democracy. Alcohol is the most dangerous drug in the Ghana drug scene with multiplicity of different brands in the market. The government is slowly sleep walking in to a national disaster with alcohol related medical constraints. I totally support the call to review this outdated law.
