What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??

Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.

GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.

Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults. Some may have families and maybe business executives.

She is a disgrace to womanhood, the words that this woman is using on public radio I don't think I can even mention (say) them from my mouth as a Ghanaian with our culture and upbringing.
Here problem is some foreign based Ghanaians come to the country and used their money to take some people's girlfriends, not even their wives.
Instead of this uneducated presenter to advice the young ladies to fear God and stop following money that will not help them, she was rather using this foul language.
I don't know whether there's no code of conduct on ghana media stations. Some people get the opportunity to impact on society in Ghana, what do we see or hear on use it on unnecessary things that doesn't help the society they were suppose to impact positively.
