One thing I have learnt in life is that more high flyer you are, the more achiever you are, the more successful you are etc etc, the more people want to see you down or want to bring you down. It happens in every human interaction (at the work place, in friendship, in the family - among siblings, parents and their child etc). I'm talking from experience. That's is why we should be very careful in everything that we do. It is really unfortunate that KKD has fallen into this. Whether it was consensual or otherwise, only the two of them know. And rape is something very difficult to come out acquitted. Even when acquitted, it leaves an indelible mark on both the victim and in particular the accuser.Nothing hurts more than when the victim of rape knew it was consensual yet insisted she was raped and the rapist suffered the consequences of the act. The accuser will never show sense of remorse because he knew it was consensual. He would feel embittered all the time still fighting his innocence when he comes out after serving any sentence. That is human nature. Many would like to see KKD crucified and many would like to see him acquitted. Many people (including those who have never set eyes on him before or heard him speak before) are saying whatever they like - some negative, others otherwise. Some are saying he is using health reasons to get out from custody by pretending he has problems with his legs. This is true! He is not pretending. I know him very well here in London in person. He has had several surgeries on one of his legs for the past twelve months and he is most of the time on his shiny-brown walking stick. He really battles with the leg, but pretends to walk normal most of the time unaided by the walking stick. His incarceration and his inability to move freely around as he does in Kensington, London might have reignited the pain in the leg, hence he is limping. If it was consensual and was really was, I pray the universe acquits him for shame to prevail on all his character assassinators. I trust the natural forces of the universe.

Come Jan 23 their bail request will be rejected and this clown will be forever consign to rot in jail.

There is also the charge of attempted rape which is a crime of intent. Even when an accused person tries to remove complainant’s clothes it would be sufficient to support conviction for attempted rape, even though no further actions were taken to commit an offence of rape.
Ewuraeffe lost her dignity when KKD lured her into the bathroom to have sex with her while others were in the bedroom suite.
The admission of KKD that he had consensual sex with the complainant puts him in serious trouble. It is her word against his and judges could lean towards believing the word of the complainant.

This girl is 19 years old and until she tells us that she was not happy to have sex with him and indeed expressed that to him even in the slightest manner then certainly the book should be thrown at him but please lets not make it about a young innocent girl and that grown old man that is a different matter all together.
