Auto-Tune is really "destroying" quality music and real musical talent across the board. Yes, Cher made it big time with Auto-tune.

Unfortunately the presence of T-Pain in popular American music seems to have brought "universality" to the brand!

And unfortunately, Ghanaians and Africans "copy by heart" (laugh it off). Look what "burger-highlife" and "hip-life" have both done to "traditional" highlife.

I am not saying George Darko and Sarkodie are not talented, quite the contrary. These are two of the best musicians I have listened to. On the other hand, I am only saying that such artificial brands like Auto-Tune dissemble the talents of real musicians.

Morgan, your advice is in order. And Morgan Heritage has set a good example for others to follow. Your solo career and that of Morgan Heritage have set high standards for the music industry, particularly dancehall, roots reggae, and rock steady!

Thank you Mr. Morgan. Music today is over marketed auto tuned. Good music died with the introduction of mtv & the record labels are only interested in marketing 'looks' rather than actual singers. They're using the cheapest way to make a buck & that seems to be essentially creating talentless, wannabe people who can't sing without the use of technology. Music is now written on PC & not on an instrument. Singers only have to look good & have a mediocre voice at best, which are then touched up by electronic effects & filters. Back in the day when autotuned was nonexistent, people only go to live concerts & the artist is expected to sing live. Nowadays, all I hear is noise & obscenities. Today's music sucks so bad, it's worthy to use as a means to torture terrorists.
