  One gladly pays taxes when he/she sees the money being put to good uses like better schools for our kids, good roads and highways, better healthcare system, a very effective garbage collection system.... just to mention a few.
  
  If thieves in power mismanage such resources, why should citizens keep on paying taxes?
  
  Our leaders are thieves who make even the simplest things that can work magic, fail miserably.
  
  That is the African politician for you, bud!!!!
