The fact is Sonnie is a grey singer but not a gifted song writer And that is ok so long as he obtained the rights to sing other people's work. I dare you to sit with someone who knows their music and they will tell you about 90% of the songs on Sonnie's CD were composed by him.

You will be shocked to hear there are so many Africans may have far exceeded Sonnie heights but don't brag about it. You don't have to look far our neighbors Uche and Pastor Solly and Benjamin Dube come to mind in the gospel genre. When you go circular Sonnie would not make the top 20 list in Africa.
